Microdermabrasion
With virtually no side effects and excellent results in resurfacing the skin, this is a safe and reliable procedure for various skin conditions. Microdermabrasion is an effective treatment for reducing lines, acne and burn scars, pigment changes, contracting pores and enhancing skin texture. The procedure is particularly beneficial for darker skin tones and as an adjunct therapy to accelerate or maintain other skin treatments.  In order to really see the visible results, this service must be done on a regular basis.

It is recommended that four to eight treatments be performed for best results. Proper home treatment is a must to nourish and protect after the treatment. Upon the advice of your esthetician, Source Vital products are recommended and sold separately.

NEW:  Infusion Microdermabrasion
One of the newest treatments at Sanctuary Spa is Infusion Microdermabrasion.  Infusion microdermabrasion involves the same principles as traditional microdermabrasion, but after the dead skin cells have been removed, we apply vitamins, antioxidants and peptides.  Because the skin is more permeable once the skin cells have been removed, the absorption of the substances applied to the skin is greater.  $175

Chemical Peels
Our chemical peels are a unique facial treatment that achieves a real rejuvenation of your skin with remarkable improvement.

We offer a variety of chemical peels to suit each individuals needs. Some of our peels are more aggressive than others. The stronger peels will require 7 days to 14 days for the process to complete, while others benefit the dermis without affecting the day-to-day appearance of the skin. Ongoing peel treatments will improve your skin no matter the condition.

Our chemical peels range from Glycolic to TCA.  We have the ability to mix and match according to your personal needs and the amount of peeling you may or may not need.  This range of chemical peels gives us the opportunity to work with the lightest of skins to very dark skins, as well as very sensitive skins that need work.  Your technician will choose the perfect peel or combination of peel to perfect your skin.

Our Mélange acid peel is a perfect blend of several acids and enzymes and is great for all skin types.  Very little irritation, almost no downtime and fabulous corrective action.  Clears acne conditions, reduces age spots, melasma and discoloration, improves skin texture and tone, and softens crows feet, fine lines and wrinkles.

“Layers” refers to the number of applications of chemicals applied to the skin and/or a microdermabrasion treatment, not layers of skin removed.
